What is Autoship?
Autoship is a very convenient way to create a subscription for your favorite products that you would like delivered to your door on a regular schedule. The products of your choice will be automatically shipped to you based on the frequency you choose. Subscriptions are easy to use and can be customized or changed from right inside your online account anytime you need. We make it easy and convenient for you to receive your all your favorites on your timeline with an extra savings!
Do you offer a discount for subscriptions?
Yes, we currently offer an additional 10% discount for all products placed on autoship. The discount will be automatically applied for you at checkout and will also automatically apply to all of your future recurring orders. The 10% discount is applied in addition to any sale prices that are running for a total savings up up to 40%. This makes it easy to have your favorite products show up at your door on your timeframe at a discounted rate!
Please note at this time subscriptions may not be combined with coupon codes. Thank you for your understanding!
What if I don't see my favorite product available for Autoship?
While we do not currently have our entire product catalog available on autoship, we are constantly making more products available. If you do not see a product available that you would like to add a subscription for, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to see if we can have it added to the program for you!
How do I add a product for subscription?
Adding products for autoship is easy and can be done while shopping on the product page. Just select the Subscribe & Save option, frequency of delivery and add to cart. When you are finished shopping, you may check out as normal and your subscriptions will be added! For more detailed instructions please see continue reading below.
If the product is available for autoship, you will see both a One-Time Purchase and a Subscribe & Save 10% option on the product page. By default, the One-Time Purchase will be selected. To add for subscription, please select the Subscribe & Save 10% option. Once you have done so, a drop down menu will appear where you can select how often you would like to receive your product.
Your first order will be processed right away, so please select the timeframe for which you would like to have your future orders shipped and then add it to the cart. If you don't see your exact time frame available, don't worry you can easily change your subscription timing using the manage subscriptions tab inside your Pure Modern Living account. Once the order is placed, you can head to your account and adjust your timing to the exact number of days, weeks or months you wish.
Once you are finished shopping, you may check out as you normally would. Both One-Time Purchases and Subscriptions may be checked out in the same shopping cart.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
You can easily manage your subscriptions right from your Pure Modern Living account! Once you are logged into your account, you should see a "Manage Subscriptions" tab as pictured below.
After clicking "Manage Subscriptions", you will be taken to your subscriptions portal. From here, you can click on either "Subscriptions" or "Delivery Schedule" to see and manage your autoship products and upcoming deliveries.
If you would like to modify a subscription, please click on the edit button next to the product name. Once you are inside of there, you will be able to change your next delivery date, quantities, skip a delivery, add or remove products, change your shipping/billing information and much more from one easy location!
If you checked out as a guest, no worries! You can still create an account using the link below and your subscriptions will be automatically added to your account. Will I receive subscription reminders?
Yes, an email will be sent to you approximately 3 days before your subscription renews. This allows you a few days to make any changes to your upcoming shipment before it is charged and processed.
How do I update my shipping address?

Inside of your subscriptions portal, you can click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then "Edit" to change the shipping address on an individual delivery or you can click on the "Shipping Addresses" tab to change the address the address on all of your subscriptions.
How do I update my credit card/billing information?
Once you are logged into your Pure Modern Living account, please click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. Inside of your subscriptions portal, you can click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then "Edit" to change the payment information on an individual delivery or you can click on the "Billing Information" tab to change the payment information on all of your subscriptions.
Can Autoship be combined with other promotions?
Autoship allows you the opportunity to receive a discounted price on your favorite products all year round conveniently delivered to your door on your schedule. At this time subscription discounts may not be combined with other coupon codes or Pure Points certificates. Autoship does work in combination with sale prices which will be automatically deducted from your renewal if it occurs while a sale is running on the products you are subscribed to. This makes it easy for you know you are getting a great price all year round!
How do I cancel a subscription?
Once you are logged into your Pure Modern Living account, please click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. Inside of your subscriptions portal, you can click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then "Edit" next to the subscription you wish to cancel. If you scroll down to the bottom on the left hand side of the page you will see a "Cancel Subscription" link. Please click the link and follow the prompts on the page. Once complete, your subscription will become inactive. You can re-activate the subscription at anytime on your "Subscriptions" page by clicking the activate button next to the product.
Please note that subscriptions can only be canceled up until the day before the next shipment is charged and begins processing with the warehouse for shipment. You will receive an email reminder about 3 days before each renewal that will allow you the opportunity to make changes or cancellations before your next order is billed. Cancellations submitted after the order has renewed will only be applied to future shipments. Thank you for your understanding!
