There are several ways for our customers to track their orders while in transit. When an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us that will include a tracking link(s) for your package(s). By clicking on the tracking links in the email confirmation you will be able to see where your package is in transit as well as the estimated date of delivery. If you logged into or created an account at checkout, you may also check the status of your order and tracking information by signing into your account here, clicking on the account link at the top of the page and selecting the order you wish to track.
We also recommend to our customers they consider signing up for the UPS and USPS services (free to set up an account) which will allow you to receive notifications, request upgrades and be informed on when your packages will be arriving.
UPS My Choice Account - A UPS My Choice account will allow you to receive real-time delivery updates, set your preferences to get personal notifications on where your packages are and when you should expect delivery, request upgrades/changes to your package while in transit. https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page
USPS Informed Delivery Account - An informed delivery account will allow you to digitally preview your mail and manage your packages scheduled to arrive soon.
