There are several reasons why an order could be canceled by us. Please see some of the most common causes for cancellations below.
Fraudulent Activity Suspected
If an order is canceled shortly after it is placed, it is most likely due to the possibility of being fraudulent. All incoming orders are scanned by our fraud detection service and is generally pretty accurate, however occasionally it may flag and cancel a good order. If this issue occurs, we recommend a new order and verifying the billing address matches that which you have on file with your credit card company or you may try another card.
Out of Stock
Our system is generally pretty good at keeping our stock levels up to date on the website. Occasionally if a product has low stock levels or is a high demand product, it may not be available for shipment by our warehouses. If this occurs, you will receive an email from us asking if you would like the product to ship when new stock arrives or if you would prefer a refund. If a response is not received, we may cancel and refund the order for you automatically.
Minimum/Maximum Quantity of Products Ordered
Some products on our website have minimum or maximum quantities that are required. If the product has these requirements, they will be listed on the product page just above the cost of the item. Please be sure to add the minimum or maximum quantity allowed to your cart to avoid any delays or the cancellation of your order.
