We would first recommend that you check the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email or inside your account under the orders tab. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to it's final destination, please refer to the proof of delivery link (UPS), or the delivery status (UPS) on the tracking page for information on where the package was left. In some cases depending on your delivery address, the package may show it was left in the mailbox, at the front door, at a PO Box, in a locker, in the leasing office or another designated location. Often times the proof of delivery will also indicate who accepted the package to help you determine its location.
If your package was shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations, it may have not been delivered yet and has been handed off to the Post Office for final delivery. In this case, please allow 1-2 days for the package to arrive.
