Why Was I Charged More than Once?

Sometimes if you have had failed attempts on your credit card, the charges may show up in your account as pending but will fall off your account on their own within a few days.  When the attempted charges settle, you should only see the successful charge post as our system will not make duplicate charges for the same order.  Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your banks processing times for the pending charges to drop off your account.  If after this time you still see multiple charges or more than one charge that has posted, please contact us and we would be happy to take care of it for you!
